Selection process

Applicants are selected among the nationals of Member States of the European Union. Nationals of the candidate countries whose accession negotiations have started may be also considered.

The EIB offers fixed-term contracts up to a maximum of 6 years, according to its business needs, with a possibility to convert to a permanent contract, subject to organisational requirements and individual performance.
