RSFF financing products cover a wide range of corporate debt solutions to suit the diverse and dynamic needs of promoters undertaking Research, Technological Development & Demonstration and Innovation (RDI). RSFF products can be tailored to the individual financing needs of the promoter and co-financing partners.
RSFF financing will either be provided directly to the promoter or via a financial intermediary (e.g. one of the promoter’s house banks).

EIB financing is always subject to the Bank’s satisfactory assessment of the project’s technical and economical viability and the borrower’s bankability. Financing is subject to the EIB’s terms and conditions.
