Country evaluation studies
At the request of Managing Authorities of Member States or regions, the EIB is carrying out country or region specific evaluation studies comprising an analysis of the market gap for financial engineering instruments in support of sustainable urban development in the regions of the European Union supported by ERDF for the period 2007-2013. The following evaluation studies have been completed and agreed with our partners:
Horizontal studies
In addition to the evaluation studies, thematic or Horizontal Studies that are relevant for the development of JESSICA are also an important tool to assist Member States and regions prior to the implementation of the initiative.
Such studies are carried out by the EIB, support the activities of the JESSICA Networking Platform and provide guidance on operational matters relevant to stakeholders in all Member States, based on most recent experience.
The first studies were launched in 2010 and were made available on the occasion of the "JEREMIE and JESSICA: Towards successful implementation" conference on 29 and 30 November in Brussels.
